These terms apply between you and Ianson Systems Ltd (Site Signal Studio) when you purchase website services. By paying a deposit or engaging our services you accept these terms.
We provide website strategy, design, build and related setup (including Google Search Console submission where included in your package). Exact scope is agreed in writing for your package:
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels or enquiry volumes.
Projects are secured with a 50% deposit paid via Stripe. The deposit is calculated from the agreed package price before work begins:
The remaining balance is due before website launch unless we agree milestone payments in writing. Prices are in GBP. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.
If you cancel before work has started, we may refund the deposit less reasonable administration costs. If work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver agreed scope through no fault of yours.
Refund requests: contact support@sitesignalstudio.co.uk with your Stripe receipt reference.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, logos, access and approvals. Delays in your inputs may shift timelines.
You confirm you have rights to materials you supply and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
Upon full payment, you receive ownership or licence to the final website deliverables as agreed. We may retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Pre-existing tools, frameworks and studio methods remain our property.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. See also our privacy policy and cookie policy.
